Welcome to EFNEP! You will work closely with your County Supervisor to structure and facilitate the onboarding process. Orientation should be completed within the probationary employment period, typically around six months. It will include a combination of independent and state team or supervisor-led components to familiarize you with UF/IFAS, County Extension, EFNEP, and the fundamental aspects of your role.
